100 Watt Clock formed around 95/96. Chris and Mike are from Copperas Cove and have been in many bands together over the years. Chris was in Kid's Meal, and both were in Minority before they formed Carbomb in 1994. Sean McFalls was also in The Satans. Kenny Hopper eventually moved to San Francisco, where he played with Crime In Choir.
The group released an LP on Buddy System Records in August of 1996. You can download it from another site here.
At one show, I think at Pato's Tacos, John Monge of The Brownie Points and Keith Anderson from Gut played with 100 Watt Clock. But that lineup was short lived.
Like most Austin bands, 100 WC was short lived, and soon they started something else — Tune In Tokyo.
